Joshua Tree National Park

5 Oct 2006 - Most people would not expect to find flowers blooming in the desert, much less in September! Teresa, Sandy, Alta and I went for a walk in Joshua Tree (Tereasa works here) and found these flowers. Not necessarily large flowers but quite colorful and beautiful. The park is very popular with Europeans and with LA Basin folks wanting to get out of the crowds. I don't blame them in the least!!
