The Johnson's Place

This is the Johnson place complete with wagon (mule wagon knowing Dick). I volunteered Becky to renew the Johnson’s ‘Street Sign’. The sign is very special to them and was badly in need of freshening. This is the sign after Becky was through. After traveling through so much corn, Dick thought we needed to show how the 2006 crop in Minnesota was doing – this is the two couples standing in front of the local crop. This is ‘field corn’ but Marlys provided some of the finest sweet corn you have ever tasted in spite of her not even eating it!!! What a friend. We hope to see them again in Arizona this winter at their 'winter digs' near Congress, Arizona.
